1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the immediate access and digital nature of our products, all purchases made on DesignMercury are final, non-refundable, and non-returnable once the digital file or template access link has been delivered.

2. 100% CUSTOMER SUPPORT GUARANTEE

While we do not offer refunds, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you experience any of the following issues, we guarantee full support to ensure you receive a perfect final product:

  • Damaged, corrupted, or broken download links.
  • Difficulty accessing or editing the template in Canva.
  • Formatting issues or questions about customizing text/fonts.

If you encounter any technical difficulties, please contact us immediately with your Order ID at support@designmercury.com. Our support team will respond within 24 hours to resolve the issue, fix the file, or assist you with editing directly.

3. ACCIDENTAL DUPLICATE PURCHASES & PRODUCT EXCHANGE

Because our products are digital downloads delivered instantly upon purchase, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer cash refunds or card charge-backs for accidental duplicate purchases.

However, if you accidentally purchase the same item twice, we are happy to offer a flexible product exchange:

  • Contact us at support@designmercury.com within 48 hours of purchase with your order details.
  • Upon verification, instead of a cash refund, you may choose an alternative digital item of equal or lesser value from our store (such as a matching Thank You Card, Welcome Sign, Cupcake Toppers, or another Canva template). We will provide you with a new, direct download link immediately.
