Terms of Service

Welcome to DesignMercury (https://designmercury.com). By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. DIGITAL PRODUCT NATURE & CANVA ACCESS

  • DesignMercury provides digital download files and customizable templates created for use on Canva (https://canva.com).
  • No physical items will be printed or shipped to your physical address.
  • To access and edit your purchased templates, you will need a free or Pro account on Canva. DesignMercury is an independent design store and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Canva Pty Ltd.

2. LICENSE & PERSONAL USE ONLY

Upon purchasing a template from DesignMercury, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use license:

  • PERMITTED: You may edit, download, and print or share digitally the template solely for your own personal event (e.g., your child’s birthday party).
  • PROHIBITED: You may NOT resell, sub-license, redistribute, share, transfer, or give away the original Canva template link, graphics, or modified files to any third party for commercial or non-commercial purposes.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & DISCLAIMERS

  • All custom designs, layouts, graphics, and branding elements on DesignMercury are the intellectual property of DesignMercury unless otherwise specified.
  • Any trademarked characters or theme references belong strictly to their respective copyright holders. You are paying for our design curation, time, and custom layout services.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

DesignMercury is not responsible for printing errors, color variations between computer monitors and physical printers, or third-party print shop delays/quality issues. We strongly recommend doing a test print before ordering in bulk.

5. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable digital commerce laws. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
