No. These are digital products. No physical item will be shipped. Check the product Description for the files and features included.
Downloads become available after successful payment. You can find available files under My account → Downloads.
Files may be PDF or PNG. The Highlights and Description on each product page explain what is included. For a Canva template, follow the instructions in the supplied PDF.
Check that your payment was successful and that you are using the account associated with your order. If you still need help, email support@designmercury.com with your order number.
